According to the latest research, 805 million people do not have enough to eat resulting in a child’s death every 10.2 seconds from hunger.
This tragic statistic compels us to act without delay to meet the physical need, but more importantly to share the love of Christ with people living in hopeless poverty.
We must act now to fulfill the commandment from Jesus to love our neighbors as we love ourselves.
